Because I reserve time especially for you, I do require a 24 hour notice of cancellation or reschedule. This way I can adjust my schedule to accommodate other clients on my wait list. Cancellations without a 24-hour notice will incur a charge of 52% of the services scheduled. Clients who no-show for an appointment will be charged 100% of services scheduled. This charge must be paid before booking your next appointment. Please understand if I have a no-show or a late cancellation, I cannot fill the appointment with clients from my wait list. Then the clients on my wait list don't get the opportunity to get the services they need. I reserve the right to not allow no-shows to re-book. I will be waving all cancellation fees until further notice. . If you don't feel well, please email or text me to let me know. We will reschedule for when you are feeling better. If I do not here from you, you will be considered a no-show. You will be responsible to pay for 100% of the services scheduled. This must be paid before your next appointment can be booked.
As a courtesy to you, I send out a reminder text or email 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are unsure of your appointment time or day, log into Vagaro. Here, you can move or see when your appointment is.
I do my best to respect your time, please do the same for me. If you are 15 minutes or more late for any appointment I may not be able to service you. If I am able to still accommodate you, you may have to forego part of your services.
I want to make sure you love your hair and feel beautiful! If for some reason you are unhappy or cannot style the look we have created for you, let me know within 7 days from your original appointment. You can fill out a contact me form, text, or call me. We will talk about the problem and work together to correct it. If I need to use more color or reserve an extended period of time, I may need to charge for my time or product used. This will all be discussed before the appointment.
